I received my order and want to return/exchange it. How do I do that?

Please email yogahoga.com for a return address. Only available for eligible items, made-to-order items are final sale. 

 

I received my order and it is incorrect! What should I do?

Oh no! We will get you the correct items asap. Please email us at yogahoga.com with your order number and an image of the incorrect item(s) you received. 

 

I’m unsure about the size. How can I get help?

You can view our sizing chart under each item which has size variations, which helps you with sizing and fit questions. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you certainly can. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message which has the tracking link. Please use the link to track your shipment in real time.

 

Will I pay for custom fees?

Yes, yogahoga is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
