I received my order and want to return/exchange it. How do I do that?

Please email us at support@yogahoga.com, our team will be delighted to help. Available for all Store items, except made-to-order items which are final sale. 

 

I received my order and it is incorrect! What should I do?

Oh no! We will get you the correct items asap. Please email us at support@yogahoga.com with your order number and an image of the incorrect item(s) you received. 

 

I’m unsure about the size. How can I get help?

Please see the sizing chart under each item which has size variations and measurements to help with sizing and fit questions.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you certainly can. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message which has the tracking link. Please use the link to track your shipment in real time.

 

Will I pay for custom fees?

Yes, yogahoga is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
